Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellations made less than 14 days from the adventure date(s) are nonrefundable.

No Show Policy: If you do not show up and do not communicate with Eller Adventures every attempt will be made to contact you, however your payment will not be refunded

If you are unable to make your adventure please email Eller Adventures before 14 days from your adventure for a refund minus your deposit. In the email please include:

a) Your Name

b) The Trip and date(s)

c) Reason for cancellation

d) Any other information that you feel is necessary for us to know!
